Spring Production

“Boxes and Broomsticks”

Our production is now done. As ever the cast pulled out all the stops for these different but somehow linked one act plays. We enjoyed doing them, we hope the audience enjoyed watching them. We look forward to seeing you again in November! Photos of the plays can be found under Past Productions.

Spring Production

Charade are pleased to announce their latest production, we will be presenting 3 one act plays as follows:

“Heads You Lose” by Paul Reakes

” When the Hurly-Burly’s Done” by Gill Medway

“A Little Box of Oblivion” by Stephen Bean

Dates are 26th – 28th March 2026, at Westbury-on-Trym Methodist Church. Tickets through the box office as usual. We look forward to seeing you again.

November Production

Charade are very pleased to finally bring you this excellent comedy, delayed from the Spring. The cast have been very busy “brushing up” their lines! Please contact Pete to reserve your seats which can be paid for in advance or on the door. Cards accepted.

Spring Production

We are very sorry to tell you that our production of “Brush with a Body” has had to be delayed. This will now be our November Production. It’s a fun play, a lot of work has already been done and we are really looking forward to doing this later in the year. Full details will be posted later

Spring Production 2025

Charade are pleased to announce that they have chosen a play, casting is done and rehearsals are underway. We read and enjoyed this play some time back but were unable to cast it, so it’s very exciting to be able to produce this at last.

Sleeping Beauty

What a wonderful production, all nights sold out, audiences very lively and appreciative.

Well done to everyone involved, especially Jake Cooper who wrote the pantomime, took a leading role and co-directed. It was great to welcome some newcomers to Charade, we hope to see them again in other productions.
